I was neither a murder suspect, nor a target for an international spy organization.
But I drove a car down the Jersey Turnpike at 80 mph.
...A police officer pulled me over and asked for my driver's license.
He said I was going 20 mph over the speed limit.
I instantly pointed to my wife and said, "I'm in a hurry, my wife is in labor."
Fortunately, my wife actually had a big stomach.
I hoped he let me go with this excuse.
"Oh, since it's an emergency. I'll lead you with my police car," he said.
"No, it's not necessary."
"Why not?" asked the officer.
"Uh... well..."
"Let's get going," said the officer...
"No, no! We can't!
THIS BABY IS A DEMON CHILD!!!"

[This happened for real.]
I was walking from a friends house to catch the bus to go home. It was around 4:31 P.M.
I then get to the bus stop expecting it to come around in about 10 minutes or so.
It felt like the bus was taking forever, so I checked my watch. It was around 4:57 P.M.
At that point, I needed to get home quick, so I called my folks to come pick me up.
Now I was waiting for my dad to pick me up. About five minutes later, the bus comes around the corner.
Little did I know, that bus only came around once an hour on Saturdays.
