Personality: He doesn't brag about being the champion because he knows people don't want to hear it. He also shows great respect to good trainers and his pokemon and other people's pokemon. He is known for being friends with Red for a brief time until he left to other regions and Red decided to train at Mt. Silver like before.
History: Kenichi was like any other pokemon trainer, always wanting to go to the top but after he won the Johto championship he stayed for a year before giving it back to Lance to take on other gyms. He started with a totodile and quickly became friends with it after he went to Kanto he got a Charmander egg from Red as a reward for defeating the Kanto Gyms and quickly evolved it into a Charzard. He also received a Turtwig from Professor Rowan as a gift for completing the sinnoh region and quickly evolved it into a Torterra . He is known to have severe hatred of trainers who train for the wrong purpose.

Approved. I do like how you got your team from traveling to all kinds of regions.

A varied, fresh bio. I might say, from a fantasy novelist perspective, that the journey that develops the character and the plot (AKA from being a normal Pokemon trainer to being the master.) isn't elaborated on enough. However, the angle of starting off as a relatively accomplished character in the roleplay, and having a backstory that includes character interaction, progression in, well, Pokemon, and a reasonably explored personality is definitely worth approval in my book.
