Personality: Barely frowns and hates to be sad. He can get very angry quickly. He can use his anger to power his Electric fist. He always drinks coffe and is very week without it. He hates Orichimaro for stealing Kabuto and half his body and his heart. Arsuma hopes to get it back.
He doesn't like itachi.

History:Arsuma lived in the leaf for 19 years. At age 20 he stole Electric fist jutsu by attacking the maker and killing him and ran off to join the akatsuki. He met Itachi in a forest and itachi "Conivinced" him to join the Akatsuki.when he was five he had his first drink of coffee.

Relationships:He likes Konan.
