Weapon: Two stempunk daggers and a moonlight scythe, also a stempunk gauntlet that shoots needles.
Countless daggers and throwing knives

Looks: Long black dreadlocks on the left side of his head, on the other side short spiky blonde hair,
has a long braid of dreadlocks, his left eye is black with a red pupil and little black lines covering his left cheek.
The right eye is Blue, he wears a steampunk shoulderguard above the right shoulder of his akatsuki coat and has no high collar.
He also wears high boots with daggers attached to them.

Personality: doesn't trust anyone and is always on guard, drinks a lot but has no alcohol problem, stays quiet, honorless, but if he finds a friend he is nice to him/her he wouldn't die for anyone but is willing to kill for the people he loves.

History: Was raised in a small village in the land of waves, people there believed in the powers of the moon, two bloodline limits where common in this village, they where called eclipse and silver eyes, the silver eyes also called moonlight samurai where destined to become samurai and defend the village, their abilities where to control the moonlight. But the eclipse eyes where doomed to be the slaves of the silver eyes, they had the power to control darkness and shadows but where so highly suppressed by the silver eyes so they wouldn't revolt.
Julian was born into a long bloodline of silver eyes, but as his parents found out he was a eclipse eye they abandoned him.
Angry and full of hate he started to secretly train his shadow skills and started a revolt with many other eclipse eyes, they picked a new-moon night, the night where the silver eyes where the weakest, but right after the revolution Julian left the village with the scythe of his father and tried to become a ninja, but he was way to honorless to become a defender of the hidden mist, his teachers always looked down on him like a pile of junk, so he trained all his skills himself, unable to control chakra he offered himself to become an assassin, he trained his speed and skills so hard but through his lack of chakra he was weaker than a ninja, so he started experiments with steam, he built a engine that could heat up his chakra veins so that he could defend against ninjutsu, he uses the engine also as a shoulderguard. as he defeated a ninja he took his headband and made himself a shinobi.
